Abstract

Objective: To analyze the study of pension for patients with mental disorders and seek a more suitable pension model for patients with mental disorders.

Methods: A total of 135 literatures were classified and analyzed from August 11, 1970 to November 17, 2022 in the database of China National Knowledge Network. The knowledge map was drawn and the research context was sorted out from the aspects of literature temporal distribution, spatial distribution, research hotspot and evolutionary trend, so as to reveal the research status and development trend in the field of pension for patients with mental disorders, laying a theoretical foundation for the high-quality development of pension mode for special groups with mental disorders.

Results: According to the temporal distribution of the literature, 135 literatures involved 20 disciplines, 41 papers, 2 information articles, 40 authors, 13 research levels and 20 research institutions. From the perspective of research hotspots and evolutionary trends in the literature, the keywords "disability pension, pension institutions, patients with mental disorders" play a fundamental role in the dynamic evolution of research topics in the field of mental disorder pension model, and promote the diversification of research topics over time.

Conclusion: There are not many researches on old-age care for patients with mental disorders, which are still in the exploratory stage and have not yet formed a sustainable and stable research theme. In recent years, keywords such as the combination of medical care, community care for the elderly, and intelligent care for the elderly have become prominent and the number of related studies has further increased, as well as the improvement of the research quality in this field. The mode of "combination of medical care and intelligent care for the elderly" for patients with mental disorders will become the trend of future research.
